Core Material Made of high-permeable grain-orientated top-quality cold-rolled silicon sheet. This material features excellent magnetic conductivity, which can effectively reduce the transformer’s no-load loss and no-load current, thereby improving the equipment’s energy efficiency and operational stability.
  Fabrication Technology 1. Adopts the "no-upper yoke lapped" technology, which optimizes the core structure, enhances the overall mechanical strength of the core, and reduces magnetic flux leakage.
 
2. All lapped joints of the silicon sheet are 45° full-miters. This precise joint design ensures smooth transition of the magnetic circuit, minimizes magnetic resistance at the joints, and further lowers core losses (such as eddy current loss and hysteresis loss) during operation.
Winding Material High-quality copper is used for the windings. Copper has excellent electrical conductivity, which helps reduce the winding’s resistance loss and ensures efficient power transmission.
  Manufacturing Process & Insulation 1. Both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) windings are produced using Coil Winding Machines, ensuring uniform winding tightness and consistent dimensional accuracy, which is crucial for stable electrical performance.
 
2. The copper or aluminum strips/wires used in winding undergo meticulous quality selection to guarantee optimal output performance.
 
3. The copper or aluminum strips/wires are covered with paper, which serves as an insulator to prevent electrical breakdown between adjacent conductors and ensure safe insulation performance of the windings.
Oil Tank Basic Function Serves as the transformer housing, enclosing the iron core, windings, and transformer oil. It provides physical protection for internal components and acts as a container for the insulating and cooling medium (transformer oil).
    1. The corrugated tank structure is fully sealed. The corrugations can expand and compress with the change in oil volume (caused by temperature variations). This design isolates the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing transformer oil from deteriorating due to contact with air and avoiding moisture ingress, thus maintaining the oil’s insulating and cooling properties.
 
2. After oil removal, rust removal, and phosphating treatment, the surface of the corrugated oil tank is coated with rainproof paint. This coating enhances the tank’s resistance to moisture and salt spray, making it suitable for outdoor or harsh environmental conditions and extending the tank’s service life.
